Boot Interior lights

I may be wrong (as someone who’s only ever owned NAs) but don’t the rear licence plate lights double as boot interior lights in NBs? So if you’ve been driving with your lights on, they’ll have been on doing their licence plate illumination job, hence why they’re hot...

So in short, don’t do anything - situation normal.
