Super 200 issue

I have a Super 200 NC which I adore.
The battery was changed today and it’s now running pretty rough, revs dropping a lot and cutting out at idle.
Could the battery change have affected the map? It was spot on when I had it out last night.
Will phone BBR tomorrow for advice but wondered if anyone had any suggestions?
