NA headlight and wiring work- specialist in SW near Bristol?
Discussion
Hi everyone,
I've got an intermittent fuse or earth fault resulting in one headlight often failing. I'm looking at getting a pro to examine this further as I'm not particularly skilled with wires..!
Can anyone recommend a garage or specialist in Bristol or the surrounding area. There is a chap over in Barry, Wales, but not sure that journey is allowed at the moment with the lockdown there.
Thanks in advance.

You don't need a 'specialist' to pend your money for a simple repair;)
NA / mk1's suffer with the headlight earth wire & its terminal degrading, on my '91 Eunos I replaced the earth witring on both headlights with a 'localised' earth that I self-tappered to the headlamp lift frame
the h4 bulb has 3 terminals, easy to trim the housing to fit a new wire.
easily done with a short length of wire (~9" on each side depending on where you run them) and some crimp 'female' spade terminals.
Rich.
