Rev counter and all dash lights not working mk1 1.6

I had some rust repair work done on the car and so I had stripped out the dashboard and I have gone to put the speedometer back in, the speedo, oil pressure works But the Rev counter and all lights now (except indicators ) don’t show anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
