Mx5 Nb sport

Hi eve. I have a NB sport. Im pretty happy with the car but it's getting ready for new tyres. I was wondering if anyone has experience of a nb on 17" wheels as I think the arches could carry them well but don't want to ruin the handling. I'm thinking lightweight 17's such as team dynamics or bbs. Cheers
