guys,
as the title says I have a leak into my mx5(NA) boot, Ive narrowed it down to the high level brake light, i removed the brake light, removed the old seal, cleaned up the brake light sealing face and the face on the inner boot and replaced the seal and the seals on the light clusters as they were pennies to replace.
Unfortunately, the leak is still there, i'm loathed to over tighten the 2 bolts on the high level brake light as i feel this may 'bow' the seal openeing it up even more.
Anyone else experienced this and have a suggestion for things to try?
