Specialists/engine swap recommendations in Kent

Hi folks
Ran into a snag with my big nose crankshaft - and upon an inspection attempt, the bolt has snapped inside the crankshaft.
I’m fairly convinced at this point it’s cheaper to get a UK 1.8L motor and get someone to swap it in for me? Then at least take the existing block and rebuild it with a new crankshaft for later use.
Other options/questions:
- are there any chances of drilling it out?
- has anyone tried swapping a crankshaft on the floor of a garage? Bearing in mind the car has been left at my parents far away from my tools
Thanks in advance
