Mk2.5 Icon has it a LSD?
Discussion
Jack the car up so both rear wheels are off the ground, car in neutral.
Turn one rear wheel in a going forward direction and the opposite side should revolve forwards as well if a working LSD is fitted.
Always difficult to quote original spec on an older car because after several owners and a chequered history anything could be fitted, good or bad.
( not saying that your car has a chequered history, just talking in general )

The car seems to have led a fairly unmolested life, it's totally original as far as I can tell.
Giving it beans around a roundabout seems an excellent idea, but I fear it will only induce some rear out action.
This being a 2005 car, it would have the Fuji wotsit LSD if it was fitted wouldn't it? Is that more of a traditional LSD over the Torsen one fitted to earlier cars?

To quote someone else- it’s in the numbers...
On a gravel drive-
1..... it hasn’t
11... it has
The Fuji diff isn’t great for longevity but change the oil.
