Lightweight 'bikini' top/hood?

Not sure if thats the right term! Does such a thing exist for NA/NB cars? Basically something that keeps the rain and sun off your head, but no rear window.

Like a boxster spyder type thing? Just unclip above the screen, remove 2 clips at the back and you have a piece of fabric to throw in the boot, obviously needs roll bar/cage to support it. Sure I've seen one somewhere, but can't for the life of me find it now.

Yes, they definitely exist. They seem to pop up quite often on mx5 ttbook groups if you can lower yourself.
I've no experience of one on a 5, but am certainly tempted as I loved the one I had on previous Westfield.

Exactly like that!! I have reluctantly signed up to some FB MX5 groups and am in the process of learning the relevant acronyms. Not sure how I got through life without knowing what a BGW was!
