Just seeing if anyone had experienced this, car is not responding to either key fob, unlocking the door with the key sets off the alarm and waiting inside the car for the alarm to stop and pressing the keyfob up against the start button does nothing. Batteries working in the key fob, red light flashes when buttons pressed.

Anyone had this? Any ideas?

Try changing the batteries in the key fobs, they run out after about two years, even if you don't use both fobs.

Yeah changed both fob batteries, the unused fob was dead even though it has only been used about 2 times in the last 3 years! Thank god we have keyless entry though, how did we ever get by without it? My 15 year old BM still has the original battery in the key and still works the remote locking but I do have to stick it in the barrel and turn it to start the car, it almost makes you want to get a chauffeur to relieve you of such heavy duty tasks.
