Need a bit more info really. Year, engine, mileage

Leggy early models as little as £2k but expect them to be rough around the edges.
Very late low mileage models up to £14k.
Some places really hike the prices up for special editions but it's up to you if it's worth it (mostly just cosmetics)

I paid £1700 for my 06 plate 2.0 Option Pack with 86k miles and a clean MOT
It's not in perfect condition and it needed a new thermostat, but it's more than usable

Anywhere between £3-4k is probably about right if it's really nice, bit less if it's scruffy I paid £4k about 2 years ago for a 57 plate with some choice mods but a few more miles in excellent condition.
Prices have dropped a bit since then.

I'm looking at the moment. A Sport with less than 50k will be between £5k and £6k, unless "less than 50k" means "less than 20k".

Non Sports don't seem to be an awful lot cheaper, which I don't understand...

Just realised the car is a non sport, with the 5 speed box.

Non starter then.

Why? The ratios on the 5 speed box are good, some believe it's a stronger box too. If it's 2.0 then it will have an LSD. The bilsteins on the sport aren't that well regarded and to be honest probably will be at the end of their life by now. It just comes down to wheels, stereo and heated seats. A lot of non sports have heated seats anyway and the Bose is just a pain if you want to change it.

To be fair I am going from what others have said but I believe the Bose amplifier either needs to come out or have more adapter cables and I thought I read something about the speakers being a strange impedance or something (but I might have dreamt that)
Every time I have seen people asking about changing the headunit but struggling it always seems to be those with Bose.

Happy to be corrected if I got it wrong though smile either way I wouldn't let the Bose put you off buying a car.

I've been reading about this, and it seeks that all you need is a 'level dropper' which, I think, un-amplifies the sound before it hits the Bose amplifier. You thensneed a universal ISO loom to connect the head unit to the level dropper.

I haven't understood it to be a problem, but it may well depend upon what head unit you want to fit. I'm looking at Noname Android units which will prpbably only last three months anyway smile

I paid £2650 for a 2006 Sport with 76K on the clock with a hard top 2 years ago, values seem to have stabalised since then, although it was up for £3500 for about 6 months before I bought it.

So I think the asking prices are not reflective of the values.

I would look for ones that seem to be for sale for a while and negotiate

Thermostat is common as well, but its super easy to change. Temp gauge should come up to the middle and stay.

Also get a sport. You may as well.

That was a good price. Asking prices may be optimistic, but they are generally £2k and more above what you paid.

Really nice looking NC just one up on the owners club.
Looks realistically priced for a 2011 car... (Nothing to do with me by the way)

It’s all about condition and mileage. A tatty one will never be in the same ballpark as a mint one with all the issues sorted.

To be fair his answer is as obvious as your question is stupid.
If you want to know what is worth what then get out there and look at some, no-one can gauge it for you really.
It's not like it's a rare car....

hehe

Did I say it was a rare car?

I simply asked what I should be paying for a good example. Everyone else has understood the question and answered appropriately.
