Help identifying aftermarket immobiliser
Discussion
Howdy folks
I bought an NA MX5 1.8 which came fitted with an aftermarket immobiliser. Unfortunately it only came with one fob which looked a bit like a cell button battery which I nearly lost about 4 times in the first day of owning it! It sort of looks like a slightly smaller CR2032 battery. I'll try and upload an image later.
My ask - are there any guesses at what immobiliser system it could be and where I could potentially get a second fob programmed and perhaps an emergency pin code reset (if it has that)?
TIA!
