Hi all,

Mrs WR and myself have decided we need a small convertible sports car in our life for the upcoming summer, we have had Morgans, Westfields and Tigers in the past, but .don't want to spend a fortune as it will be a sunday toy doing around 2000 miles PA, if that.

Max spend is around 8k, so we have about ten different cars lined up to see this week, some electric hard top, some not, age ranging from 10 plate to 61 (ish).

Would prefer to buy from a dealer with warranty etc, and pay a bit extra.

I have my eye on a mint Kendo edition in metallic black atm.

Mileages vary from 30-55k, but I think condition is the most important thing with any car of this type.

Will post pictures up when we finally choose one.



Any insurance recommendations?

Full NCB and low mileage limited policy, car will be garaged.

Good luck, I have a MK3, 06 plate, garaged, business use for 1000 miles private 2000 miles, pay about £160 from "quote me happy" you have to do it on line, I think Aviva are the underwriters (we are over 50!)...under 55!
