Help on how to remove excess stormsure from mohair roof

Hi, I messed up a little putting stormsure over a small wear in my roof and now it looks terrible with excess adhesive around the fix. Doe anyone know of a good way to get this off or am I doomed to look at my failure forever?!

Give it a few months and it will dry out, you can then peel it off.
