Hi, I have a Mazda MX5 SVT 2005, when I'm at a stand still the car idles OK but when I put the foot on the accelerator the revs drop a bit and I have to 'over' rev the car to stop it feeling like it would stall if I didn't over rev.
Classic suggestion would be HT leads. I had similar and replaced leads but was no better until I replaced spark plugs. After that you're getting into coil pack, cam sensor or who knows.
Thanks for the replies, I'll check all the pipes for leaks, although I don't suppose it would hurt to replace them, at least I'll know they are good and can move on to other issues if the problem is still evident.
