Mx5 NC cannot knock the skin off a rice pudding

Sadly the meal I bought for my wife was not as tough it seems after the 10 mile drive back along the B road from Waitrose.

Rice pudding for her next time, skin intact.

If you had jammed it in the engine bay you could have cooked it for her on the way home saving time!

In the olden days whilst in the Marines we used often shove pasties/pies into landrover engine bay to cook and warm up our "scran"....still tasted like st though
