Got a 2010 NC Sport Tech with the dealer option 18" wheels on it ( 225/40R18)
It's currently got Bridgestone S001 tyres fitted which have been fine, but the rears need replacing.

Any suggestions for alternatives gratefully received.

Didn't realise the NC ever came with 18's????? They are nearly a full inch bigger than the standard sport 17" wheel/tyre combo, they are huge (I imagine quite heavy as well, especially once spinning).

Michelin Pilot sport $ are available in that size.

Probably worth trying them

I'm in the process (refurbishing wheels) of upgrading from 45 profile 16's to 50 profile 15's.

As I understand it the higher profile give a better ride and is more predictable handling wise.
