Eunos mk1 High unsteady idle when cold

Hi have a mk 1 eunos and for the first 10 minutes the idle is at around 3000 rpm and repeatedly drops to 2500 extreamly unsteady after 10 mins will idle perfectly any ideas ??

Google how to reset the idle speed, you need a screwdriver and a paper clip from memory, I'd give that a go first.
