By full I mean that I could keep fish in it. Im not sure how its suddenly started leaking, but short of turning it upside down and shaking it I cant see how to empty it?

Thanks. That's something to do when I have got the fish ponds out of each foot well... It was always a dry car, but the drains are blocked. Were it not for the moisture on the inside of the hood Id wonder whether the sills had overflowed!

If you can, park with the front pointing uphill, definitely not downhill. Ideally, lift the carpets and get the sound absorbing material underneath out to dry it out properly. If the ecu has got wet, get it out and dry it in the airing cupboard.

This has been my fear since I read your post on another thread yesterday. frown The car is currently stuck, nearside and nose down on a sloping car park.

On a positive note, I have just bought a lather trim set with as-new carpets included.

Or buy a cheap hand operated bilge pump.
