My '08 has a ticking sound in the interior when driving over bumpy roads. It seems to come from the middle console around the gear lever, but I can't figure out what the cause is... It really drives me crazy, so suggestions of a possible cause are more than welcome!
Annoying noises are pretty much standard equipment. It's probably just bit's of plastic trim rubbing together. Try spraying a bit of furniture polish (Mr Sheen etc.) along edges where sections meet.
