Hi guys,

Just Bought myself an 2003 mx5. The car is great but in all honesty, don't fit in it. I am 6ft2 and my lanky legs get in the way. I have seen that you can take the foam out the seat to lower it but I am not too eager to do that. I was thinking of putting a bucket seat in. I heard you have to change the rails and all that and that's where I am getting confused as I don't know much about this. I don't mind if the seat is not adjustable because I would be the only driver. As long as it gives me abit more depth and I can set up the rake of the seat first and move it as far back as I can. I would also like to keep the 3 point seat belt rather than get a harness. Can anyone help me please. Thank you

try taking the foam out of the seat back instead of the base. I have this done to mine and it is both comfortable and grips better through the corners,
