Mk1 around DE4 postcode

Would any kind soul around the DE4 postcode (Crich/Matlock area) have a Mk1 MX5 and be willing for me to come and see how I fit in the drivers seat? I'm thinking quite seriously of getting one but need to try one on for size before the hunt starts properly. I used to have a Mk3.5 and missus a Mk3 and that was fine, although I recall the Mk2 being a bit cramped (hence why I ended up with the Mk3 MR2). If the Mk1 is more similar to the Mk3 that'll be good to know, but ideally would be good to get my bum in a seat Not fussed about a drive, just need to see if I fit it.

Think you will be fine in a mark 1. I'm 6ft 5 and didn't really fit in a mk3 but a mk1 is ok. Tight, but ok.

Hi could meet half way I'm retired and have free time most weeks ,what about Chatsworth Farm shop ,nice tea shop and proper food away this weekend but most days free ex Wednesday's pm me mick
