Engine mounts on an early 1.6

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a handy online guide (a video would be great) of how to renew the engine mounts on a Mk1 1.6 Eunos roadster (1991). I had a google and all I can find is a text based description.

Is it possible to inspect them without removing them? I'm blaming them for an engine/drivetrain shudder at idle but I want to make sure before I renew.
