Cills , Good Price ?

Just been quoted £250 +vat per side on my 2002 MK2 Face lift ,to remove rusty cills , replace with oem panels , chip guard and paint . Oh and loaner , Mazda2 unfortunately , not the new MX5 I hoped for , never mind , should I bite his arm off ? I thought at least double, the rust is deep surface rust , the cills are not perforated ......yet
BTW this is a Mazda Dealer .

£300 a side sounds about right for a proper job and sounds cheap from a dealer. Might want to check if it includes any work on inner sill which may well be more crusty than the outer.
