After a week of Glorious weather in Cumbria, I am yet to see another Mk1 I've done almost 500 miles this week and haven't seen another yet. Summer will almost be over for us up here if the last few years are anything to go by!

I tend to see a couple every day in the Leamington Spa/Warwick area. I've been using mine every day for a few weeks as my daily is off the road.

Mine is in the garage, waiting for a new front wing. frown
First time out in it this year, got about 3 miles form the house and it was skelped by a tt in a Rangerover cutting a corner at a junction I was pulling out of. furious

Similar. Went on a PH run across Brecon on the 17th, the binman did this on the 20th...

Still outside my house, repairs have only just been authorised.

Was out for a spin yesterday for the first distance drive in mx5. Left from lochlomond up to glen coe, round kinlochring which was just as fun as i remember and even better in mx5 than the 330i i did it in the last time. Then headed up to fort william for lunch. Back down west coast to oban. Went scenic route home via arrochar to helensburgh rollercoaster. Awesome day with brilliant weather.
Seen one mk1 a mile away from my house on the way back and that was it. Lots mk 3's and a mk 2 having fun with a mr2 and mgf.
