Mk3 2l 2007 trigger wheel

I have fitted this engine into a kit car with an Omex 710 ECU but cannot get a spark. Can anyone tell me if the trigger wheel is compatable with the ECU? The tooth configuration is 16, 2 missing, 13, 2 missing, 1, 2 missing. Alternatively anyone know of someone capable of reading the calibration data who could come and assist me in Amesbury Wilts? Thanks.

Have a word with Rodders he builds race cars.
I know you need the keys, ecu etc on a road car as matched sets.
