The dreaded roof leak!

I went to put the hard top on today and noticed that the back left of the parcel shelf was sopping wet. Upon inspection it looks like there's been a slit created in the hood just as it meets the car. Nice puddle inside and down a hole. Can't see it but can feel.

So..... Any recommendations on who to take it to? And am I likely to need a new roof or repairable?

Could be the rain rail, or if it is one of those hoods with a zip out rear window you might be able to replace that bit. Second hand hoods available from autolink for £150. Could do the swap youself if money is an issue.
