4x100 to 5x130 PCD Adapters

Im looking at putting a set of ET23 7"x15" wheels on an NA and I will need a set of adapters. The wheels can be mounted using either studs or bolts, but the MX-5 uses studs so the adapters need a little more thought/engineering than the common bolt-mounting VW types, I think.

Has anyone done this or can they point me in the right direction?

I'd say just don't do it. You don't want to fling your MX5 into corners wondering if that flimsy plate is going to buckle.
