Newb in need

I am looking for a hardtop for my 54 plate 1.8
My understanding is that any top from any mk1,2,2.5 will fit but that the heated rear screen connectors are different.

Do I need to get one from a mk 2.5 to fit my 2.5 or can I also get one from a mk2?

I realise this probably seems like a dumb question to anyone who has owed one for more than 5 minutes

Pretty sure you can get adaptors for the screen connections.
Have you tried mx5parts.com ?
