New to Mx5's - Will my wheels rub?
Discussion
Hey everyone,
I'm new to the MX5, and I'm looking for advice.
I've got 45mm lowering springs to fit to my 5, and I'm currently running with the standard 16inch 'Sport' alloys (16x6.5j, ET38(?) with 205/45/16 tyres) on my MK2.5 1.8 Sport SVT. The car has 86k on the clock, so I imagine, taking suspension sag into account, that the drop with the springs will really only be 35-40mm.
I'm wondering if I will rub the arches if I lower my car with these alloys on, as I've Google'd it, and checked on MX5Nutz, neither of which have given me any clues.
All help apprecieted
Thankyou
