Drip drip drip?
Discussion
Getting some water drips inside the passenger window and onto the seat. Looking at the roof seal around the window it looks like there's water getting into the seal itself and leaking out through the join. Some initial reading suggests that if the hood itself has shrunk with age, that that could cause this as it exposes the top of the seals to the elements more.
How likely is that?
Is it new seal, or new hood time?
If the latter, has anyone got any thoughts on a grey mohair hood on a silver MX5, or should I stick to black?

oldest problem with mx-5s this, must be hundreds of threads on it - Take the rubber strips off, fill with foam if they're saggy, if not, just re-seal them to the roof (Use gutter sealant) and it will be water tight. New roof is not required - if it's leaking 99% of the time it's the rubber seals. And even then not worth buying new ones, just refurb your existing.
