Hi, could anyone recommend a decent induction kit for my MX-5 Mk1? I don't want to spend a fortune, but just fancied enhancing the engine sound a little. Any ideas?

k&n panel filter will add a slight noise increase and will free things up slightly on the mid / top end. Wont make any significant power increases though.

Strong believe this panel filter (circa £27) and the std pipe work is generally better for throttle response and driveability which is what you are after on a standard car really frown

drill some 1" holes in the bottom (wing facing side) and front of the lower 1/2 of the airbox, keep with a stock paper filter, instant better sound for free
