Is thi alloy wheel repairable?

This wheel's been damaged while being stored (may have fallen off the top of the other 3). The gouges are fairly substantial and would probably need welding - do people do that?





If i could get another wheel for the sort of price i paid for these i'd just replace it but i haven't seen any come up as singles before and people want 2-3x what i paid for a set of 4!

They look repairable to me from the pics, worth an ask at a repair place.
