Road Noise

Running a 3.5 roadster coupe, last couple of days seen to get a lot of road noise from the tonneau area, could this be the water drain pipe flaps sticking ??

Thanks for the reply. After posting guessed this was the 'seashell effect' having never experienced it before. Cleaned the tubes out with soapy water a few weeks ago, so guessing some crud maybe holding the flap open . Need to get underneath & have a look at the tube exits. Thanks again.
