Hi all, i have a crack in the black trim around my door mirror. A replacement mirror is somewhat cost prohibitive so was just wondering if anyone had fitted a set of these mirror trims?

Think you can blame Mazda for starting it. My MK1 V-Spec has more chrome bits fitted as standard then you can shake a stick at!

I think it's the only choice. After I'd made my views known in my earlier post I looked around for some black mirror trims as an alternative. Couldn't find any anywhere, the only option is chrome.

Have you thought about a bit of Carbon over the top of the shell? CarbonMods or Easy Composites do a starter kit which would probably cover both sides.

Quite a cheap kit for the finish you can get. Might do this to mine, if it passes the MOT tomorrow :-s
