Hard top, heated screen switch?

I picked up a hard top for out Mk1 over the summer. I've got the wiring plug on the rear shelf for the rear screen demist and assume the rest of the wiring is there, just needing the switch, fuse (and relay?) fitting.

Is that correct?
If so, which switch blank does it normally go into save me searching?
Has anybody got a spare switch?

RHS of dash, there are 3 switch slots - each car has a different combo of electric mirrors, heated screen, fog lights, dash dimmer etc.

Autolink will have the parts you need.
