Hello, I am Juansolo and I'm on my second MX-5. My first I bought many moons ago and it introduced me to RWD and trackdays. Since then I've been through: a Westfield Cosworth, an Mk3 MR2 and an Impreza WRX (not counting the Land Rover and Citroen Xantia tow cars I've run during this period) and now I'm back with a 2005 MX-5 Icon and loving it all over again. There comes a point when you realise that power isn't everything...

Hi
Thinking of buying MX5 from Dandycars to run alongside my Porsche 944 cabby,
Can someone give me feedback on Dandycars.
I know the Mazda and Porsche are 2 completely different cars but as an ex MX5 owner I would like to relive the experience
Thanks

Have dealt with said company, very helpful , effecient , and reasonable prices. Seem to be well thought of on the Mx5 owners forum from what i can see.
I've got a '90 blue Eunos - so I'm putting my claim in for membership.
Super little car, yes, with 1600cc the drag strip is not the place for this choice of vehicle, but keep the speed up on twisty country roads and there's not much lacking in the driving stakes!
Am I not the only one who only gets 25-27mpg? I always thought it would be more economical? (have tried v gentle driving too...)
