Had to go and collect my hardtop from a friend's garage at the weekend which means I'm going to need to knock up some pulley storage for the garage roof. I do like the aesthetics of a hardtop, but I must have only driven it a handful of miles with the roof up since I bought it.

I’ve had 3 MX5s including the exact one you have here (arctic?). I loved them so much, but absolutely hated driving them with the roof up. It’s a horrible cramped dark experience, the complete opposite of it down.

I had the hardtop strapped to my garage roof for years and never ever used it.
