CSL Airbox Revs

Anyone know what engine speed should activate/open the CSL's airbox flap? I went to see one today and, with the engine switched off, the airbox flap was in the open position.

Should have been closed in that state.

Opens at about 3500RPM with SPORT=ON, later with SPORT=OFF (about 6000 from memory).

Are you sure it was open rather than removed? No harm in it being removed.

Yeah, the current owner had just driven down and parked up. We popped the bonnet up and the flap was in the open position. To be honest, I don't really care as it'll mean more noise lower in the range
