Just doing the final checks on the CSL before setting off to the 'Ring tomorrow and I've found a broken drivers side rear coil spring, its only the last inch and a half.

Question is where can I get a rear coil spring?? I presume there different to normal M3's?? Also how much are we talking??

I haven't got time to go down the warranty route, need one ideally within the next 12 hours otherwise i'm souring one in Germany. If anyone is the UK has a spring or set of suspension they want to sell get in touch.

Ideally all I need is a rear drivers coil spring for 7 days before I can get home and go the warranty route. I'm located in Guisborough (near Middlesborough) but willing to travel to get one as soon as let me know what you're got.

Word of the evening... bks!!

Both of mine have gone - rear just sits a little lower, haven't noticed any issues in the handling department.

They both must of snapped at the same time roughly - haven't done anything unusual to cause it. Have heard speed bumps are the issue.

I would of thought that BMW would replace these FOC.

But back to your original question - no sorry can't help but they are different from the std M3.
