LHD M3 CSL avaialbility in UK?

I am looking to buy a LHD M3 CSL. I have only seen one M3 CSL available in the UK (in Pistonheads classifieds section).

Does anyone know the history of this car? At £32900 with 32900 miles it seems to be quite expensive... Do you know anything about this car or the availability of other LHD cars in the Uk please let me know.
