CSL buying advice

Been following the CSL's for sale for the last month and wondered why these cars haven't sold yet? They both look good value but do either have any bad history? Looking to buy one quite soon if anyone can recommned any others.

I have seen the 2nd one and looked a good car!

the first car is great if you don't mind the engine change, BMW changed the engine under warranty and has the letter from bmw + new warranty. car looked like it has done 10'000 miles and in excellent condition.

the second is a great car also but does not have the essential aircon or xenons.

Thanks. Could live without xenons but air con a must. Explains why it has been hanging around for a while.

The Waterside Motors car does have the Xenons but doesnt have aircon,and buyers seem to dismiss cars without AC no matter how good or cheap they are.(I am the dealer selling this car).

i sent these guys a mail about this car prior to purchasing my CSL .... didnt even get a call back !!!..hence it still been sat where it was over a month ago....

Strange combination! I'm sure it is a good car but not cheap enough without aircon!

i think it was 50k on the clock but the new engine only about 1000 miles, the car is mint and i am sure he would take 26 if pushed

Thanks for replies. Few things on at the moment which means I can't get to look at anything unless close to sussex. Will start proper search in couple of weeks. CSL been a favourite since I had one briefly 2 years ago. Had chance to buy that car at 29k then, guess it's worth similar today.
