Have been keeping an eye on the ads for a special csl, looking for absolute minimal mileage in concours condition and am willing to pay strong money for the right car. I have seen two silver/grey ones which may fit the bill but really wanted black! Were less black made hence less appearing on the used market.
If anyone has a car that they might be thinking of selling please p/m me.
Ideal spec..Under 10k, low ownership, correct history, condition 100% original and totally as new.And Black or if all else fails silver/grey if it truly is special.

Do you have a ball park figure in terms of max you would spend? I know of a couple of black ones with less than 10k mileage and that are absolutely mint.

Hi Martin how you doing - missing the Lambo? Re CSL always been interested in getting one but always held a phobia with any type of box that aint manual! Will have to relent and give one a go, also starting to look at E60 M5 with more enthusiasm - 35 to 40k gets you an awful lot of car!!

Jonny 25k would get a mint low mile 55 plate m5. For the money it's got to be worth a shot. You'd have a car for all occasions then!! Just keeping the diablo fo the finer days.

Darren i was seeing 56/07 plate gallardos in the 70s so i advertised my car for what i thought it would be worth! I take it the fella let you down on the purchase of yours? I still chuckle about the fact that matt told me he was in property development, And never mentioned the fact that you run a bodyshop!! I used to hide the fact that i was a scrap metal merchant because i was worried people might think the car i was selling was a ringer or something!!lol I don't give a st now.

To be fair martin your price was probably bang on i just hate to think of what ive lost over the last year mind you i dont think it will stop me doing it again thats the problem with being a petrolhead. As for matts white lie its one we always use as telling people we own a bodyshop always sends alarm bells ringing, nothing to hide just sounds better, mind you its not a total lie as we do own a few houses,i think they've lost even more money than the cars lol.

The Diablo 6 is truly the most incredible epic car I have ever seen or owned, looking back I now know I have only ever owned what can be decribed as junior 'supercars' ie 993 turbo's 997 RS V8 Ferraris etc. The Diablo 6 is in my eyes what a true 'supercar' is all about. I would also say that I have found it beautifully built and totally reliable in all respects (Audi input) it's ace card in equal measure - the incredible engine and the jaw dropping, bowel losening looks!!! The one and only drawback is I can honestly think of not one car which I would upgrade to, a nice problem all the same!!!
Get one you will never regret it and you will (should) never lose money as you would on something from the new breed.

Glad you like it jonny you will have to let me know if you are going to any meets or events this year so i can take a good look at it,as much as i love my Gallardo i do feel that it is missing a lot of the character of the diablos and as you say your money should be safe in a diablo 6.I would think the natural choice for you next would be lp640.
