Another whats it worth?

Hi been looking for a while and have been offered an 04/04 sg xenons,AC,PDC 24,500miles but heres the catch 5 previous owners,should i steer clear?
its private and has fbmwsh and extended bmw warranty.
The point is if i buy i will be owner number 6,how bad will this effect the value?Now ive been asked to make an offer any ideas?

How long are you planning to keep it??

I have found over the years that this kind of car dose seem to have a few owners, so long as it has good history and is in good condition it wouldn’t bother me.

My 04 csl has 3 on it plus me; I simply talked to the 2 owners before me.

We all know this kind of car has had some hard use, or else why would the majority of us buy them

You can buy from warranties direct the same cover as bmw for around £800 quid.

I think if you can get it for around 30 k to 34k dependant on condition maybe he will reduce price 850 is and that would get your warranty.

Cars of this nature tend to be bought and by people who change there cars a lot, so you often find flash cars with a few more owners, plus it’s just over 1 owner a year anyway

It’s nothing to worry about, does it affect value?

I think a one owner car might be worth slightly more to some people, but as soon as the V5 says 2 or more owners, then the number is largely irrelevant

Judge on condition, mileage, history and the current owner
