Switdhing headlamps from UK to Continental pattern.

Xenons or halogen? Halogen you just use the sticky things.

On Xenons there is a switch on the back of the light unit which allows you to go from UK to continental.

Never done it myself but it is there, apparently not obvious though. Small white lever by all accounts.

Thanks. Apparently there is a cover that needs to be removed to access the toggle. I'll report back onc the jobs have been done.
