Anyone changed the seat in a CSL?

As I am on the large side, I find that I have little headroom with the CSL seat. It is OK for short trips etc, but do not fancy it for my ring trip etc.
My standard M3 coupe seats in my old E46 M3 did give more headroom. Are they a straight swap with the fittings etc?
The CSL seat is as standard on its lowest setting with the fitting bolts.
Any ideas??

My CSL seat is much lower that the normal E46 M3 I've driven? I'm 200 cm tall (6 foot 6.5) and have loads of room for a helmet on track days.

I was just thinking the same! My CSL seats are at the lowest setting and are fine for my 6'3'' frame. They are lower than the seats could ever go in my previous standard M3.

Are you sure that the seat is set in the lowest position? There are three possible settings to the bolt holes at the front and rear of the seat. Check it, and I bet you'll find yours isn't set to its lowest position. The top bolt holes are slightly masked by the alcantara seat cover.
