4x UK CSL's heading to the Ring and Spa last weekend in May

Pretty much what it says in the tittle, we have 4 CSL's heading down to the ring for the Sunday and Monday full day sessions on the 27th and 28th may. Then we have booked Spa (full gp) for the Tuesday. It would be great if any other CSL owners are thinking of doing the same. There are a few spaces left on the Spa day. At £179 open pit we could not resist. We are driving down Saturday morning, there is a 2 hours session on the saturday at 5 pm, we'll do 2 laps and give the cups a run out.

If this is in the wrong forum then, i am very sorry... pretty new to posting.

If anyone is interested let us know. Might be nice to get the number up!

I'll be at Spa for the trackday in my SG CSL. Will catch you lot there - can't make the Ring unfortunately due to other commitments but will be at Spa from Monday afternoon till Wednesday morning. Just hope they've finished all the work to the track at Spa, by the time we get there.

We are looking to arrive at our B&B at the Ring mid afternoon on the Saturday, let me know if anyone wants to meet up for the drive down.

We are booked into the Best Western (Spa town) , We are also there until the Wednesday.One of the guys is trying to find out if there is anything we can book for the Wednesday. There are 2 SG's and 2 Blacks. The SG's both have CSL plates and the Black are 53 and 54 plates.

Sounds cool, It should really good to get all the UK cars together and get some good photo's.
Have you guys had any CSL meetings before where you've had plenty of cars all in one place?

John, I can't make it to the Ring, so will only be at Spa.

Surely there will be more of us present at Spa for a good photo opportunity, or are some only going to the Ring and not doing the Spa trackday?

All four of us are doing both the Ring and Spa, i think with m3desmo and honestjohnlusso there will be 5 UK CSL's.... should be good!

I have another friend who will be bringing his Estoril e46 M3 too.

So is that 9 CSL's and a few M3's!!! I have justed added another mate to the party.... He's driving a Ford Falcon!
He claims it's the only one in Europe, i think there is some opertunity for some P*** take. I have not even seen it yet as he lives in Jersey. Does anyone know what one looks like? Ford Falcon.... i am still scratching my head!

Be ace getting some good photos. We are also taking several bullet cameras for filming. I am going to ask if we can also line the cars up just after the track is closed and get some good still shots.

Are you staying at or near the Ring or Spa?
How far are they apart?
Are there still vacancies for the trip( hotel and Spa open Pit lane), as CSL's in double figures would be a first, if I can get away..

Neil, We are staying down at the Ring on the Saturday and Sunday night. Then on Monday afternoon we'll leave there to drive to
Spa (3 hours ) , where we have booked 2 nights in the Best Western (Spa town centre) Our rooms are around £60 per night i think

Hi,

The Ring is really simple, you just turn up and buy either single laps or a block of say 10.
There is no booking needed..... There is still spaces on the Spa trackday on the Tuesday and that does need to be booked.

Would it be a first getting more than 10 CSL's together at one time?

on the bm3w there is talk of 11 booked for spa plus afew m3's get it booked it will be a blast jody have you got the details for the best western in spa thats a good price for a room
