My mate has decided to sell his CSL after lots of years

£19,995 for a 125,000 mile car with full BMW service history. It went up and down the motorway lots!

Form an orderly queue when I put this up in the classifieds

That's really good value, good luck with the sale, these cars are going up in price at the moment.

I appreciate you replying.

I will take a snoop around as there is no point me pitching this car too high and scaring off prospective buyers straight away.

Was that the one that ended up in Berlin with 50k less miles? Was originally sold in the UK with 110k miles about 18 months ago

Probably not sure I am not too clued up on which CSL is which but is the one mentioned on CSal Register in one of the recent threads I forget which

Btw OP provided maintained and serviced correctly I am sure will make a cracking value for money BMW M

I wonder what the highest known M3 CSL mileage ? The biggest mileage on a E46 M3 is 200k and still running so far .... :-)

The other problem you may have soon is that if sterling keeps dropping in value relative to the Euro, the Germans will start buying them up again, as the difference in price between UK RHD cars and the European LHD ones will be too much

My mates car is a full BMWSH so no problems there and he has even had it resprayed on the front by BMW to cover the inevitable stone chips.

I wonder if it is worth advertising in foreign websites to attract the strong Euro?

All CSLs have been sprayed at least at the front end.

Good call on euro sights, I get a few PMs for foreign buyers looking at uk CSL history

Not the cheapest by far, way too much mileage.

I paid 19500 for a car on 62k only 2 months ago that needed wheel refurb and bumpers painted.

Nick Johnson had a Cat D stolen/recovered for sale in the last 6 weeks or so at £19995. IIRC the car was otherwise 'straight' with air con, 40k miles in Grey.

It's sold now, did anyone have a look at the car?
