Erm, I wouldn't be putting my registration number and chassis number on a public forum!
Anyway, you can contact BMW directly on an 0906 number which is in the customer service section of the website.

I doubt that someone so inclined would need much more than that to get a new log book from the DVLA for their stolen / cloned car, and the next thing you know "your" car is in the classifieds.
