How many Z4MC's were produced and how many are in the UK?

There was a figure on the z4 forum from BMW for UK coupes, but they couldn't split out the Ms from the 3.0s. I'll try to find it..........

Found the thread but can't cut and paste on the iPhone

It says from BMW there were 578 coupes registered in the UK but this includes the 3.0 as well, so Ms could be less than half of that as I seem to see more 3.0s around.........

Hopefully the rarity will keep the prices up

Hmmmm....I had a feeling from Z4 forum that the 578 odd figure was just the Z4 M Coupe but can't find the link. Even still, it makes them pretty rare and a few (sadly) are bound to have been written off already.

Just found this on the ever truthful Wikipedia

Suggests less than 2,000 Z4 M Coupes in total (I believe they were all made in N America).

yeah i wrote one off, though i heard its back on the road! considering there was 24k worth of damage (acording to sytner) someone must have got it cheap!
